Raised in a migrant farmworker family in Washington State and proudly calling Louisiana home for the past 20 years, Melody is passionate about helping and educating people to create brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Throughout her career, she has helped underserved clients and small business owners navigate operational and financial challenges by developing tailored strategies that support growth, sustainability, and long-term success.

Currently serving as interim board secretary and Manager for Potlikker Capital, Melody combines leadership, relationship-building, and operational excellence to support community-centered initiatives and sustainable growth. She collaborates on strategic initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency, strengthen operations, and supports our due diligence in our client services reporting.
