Erika Williams is an institutional investor and impact investing leader whose work focuses on using capital to strengthen communities and expand economic opportunity. She currently serves as Senior Officer of Impact Investing at The Colorado Health Foundation, where she helps steward the Foundation’s impact investment portfolio and advance its approach to deploying flexible, mission-aligned capital. Her experience spans institutional investment management, philanthropy, and impact investing, with a particular focus on how investment structures can better reflect the realities of the people and communities they are intended to serve.

Erika previously served as Vice President of Integrated Capital at RSF Social Finance, where she worked across investment, lending, and philanthropic capital to support mission-driven organizations and enterprises. Earlier in her career, she worked in traditional financial services and investment management, including roles with JP Morgan Securities and Wells Fargo Advisors. This range of experience informs her approach to capital—one that considers financial performance alongside the capacity, relationships, and long-term economic agency that capital can help create.

Erika serves on Potlikker Capital’s Resource Council, contributing to investment strategy, underwriting, portfolio development, and the continued evolution of Potlikker’s approach to reparative and relational capital. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Fine and Applied Arts from Chicago State University.
