Aaron Blyth has built his career partnering with farmers, food entrepreneurs, and community leaders to expand equitable access to capital and opportunity in the food system. He is committed to helping farms and food businesses secure the funding, resources, and support they need to bring their visions to life.
Before joining Potlikker Capital, Aaron spent 14 seasons managing Organic vegetable farms where he developed a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities facing farmers and food entrepreneurs. He served as the founding Director of Shared Ground Farmers' Cooperative, a majority Latino-owned marketing cooperative in St. Paul, MN, and most recently spent eight years as Director of Agriculture at the Latino Economic Development Center, where he helped entrepreneurs access financing, grow their businesses, and strengthen their impact in their communities.
Aaron's commitment to equity and community wealth-building extends beyond his professional work. He serves on the board of Commons Land Community Trust and participated in the Investment Committee for the Midwest Farmers of Color Collective's inaugural Radical Resource and Land Fund.
Aaron lives in Minneapolis, MN with his spouse and two kids.
